Boombini Toys Return & Exchange Policy

Boombini Toys strives to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we allow you to return the item within 30 days of the original order date for a full refund on the original purchasing card, minus shipping costs. You can also choose to simply exchange the item or opt for store credit. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges unless Boombini Toys was at fault.

Please do NOT ship the item back to us without contacting us first.

Please note � items shipped directly from the manufacturer, such as the Berg Toys vehicles, are subject to the return/damage/defective item policies of the manufacturer, please contact Boombini Toys at support@boombini.com for more information regarding these items. We will work with the manufacturer to ensure your return, damaged, or defective item(s) issues are resolved. We will also act on your behalf in the first 30 days of purchase for warranty issues. After 30 days from purchase, please contact the manufacturer directly.

For gift returns, we can issue store credit only.

For all other returns, please note that the following conditions apply:

The item must be returned unused with all original packaging, including inner packaging, warranties, and tags (attached) and in good condition.
You must include a copy of the original invoice you received with the package, or if the item was a gift, you must include a copy of the gift receipt.
The item is new and shows no wear or use.
No item may be returned once assembled.
If the item was purchased with a coupon or promotion, Boombini Toys will issue the refund or store credit minus the coupon or promotions used. For example, if you return a $30 list price item and you used a 15% coupon, $25.50 will be refunded. (The price you originally paid).
Refused shipments will be subject to a $10 fee and may be charged an additional 15% restocking fee.

Return & Exchange Process

Before you return any item(s), please contact us at support@boombini.com to receive a Return Form with instructions. Simply fill out the form and return the item(s) via UPS or USPS to the following address:

We strongly suggest that you insure the package in order to protect you in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. We can only credit you once we receive the item(s).

After we receive the item, we will send you an e-mail as soon as the return is processed and you will see a credit on your card within one billing cycle. If you are returning a gift, we will issue your store credit via e-mail.

Defective & Damaged Item Returns

In the event you receive a defective or damaged item(s), please contact Boombini Toys within 15 days of the original ship date at support@boombini.com. We will work with you and provide instructions on how to proceed to remedy the situation at no cost to you.

Please do NOT ship the item back to us without contacting us first.

Please note that sometimes the item(s) may no longer be available for exchange, if this happens we will issue a refund to your billing credit card or store credit, whatever you prefer.

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $59. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped either USPS, UPS Ground, or Fed-ex.

In addition to Ground shipping, we offer: UPS Next Day Air�, UPS 2nd Day Air�, and UPS 3 Day Select�. The costs of these shipping methods are passed directly on to our customers (we make nothing). To calculate these costs, we use UPS Real-Time Rate calculator integrated in our checkout process. Please understand that these options are subject to UPS pickup cycles.

Shipping Restrictions

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O Box addresses are not eligible for the free shipping offer and ship via the U.S. Postal Service. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii ship USPS only.

Order Processing & Rate Table

We make every effort to ship items same day if the order is shipping USPS and is received before Noon EST. All items that are in stock ship within one business day. Domestic orders will arrive within 7 to 10 business days (unless faster UPS delivery service selected). In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.

Large orders, or orders with large items, may be shipped in separate boxes. These boxes may arrive separately.

We use a flat rate shipping table for Ground shipping. Please refer to the chart below to calculate Ground shipping costs.

Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers.
